What we do
- Trim names, fixing case only when a name is all upper or all lower case
- Lowercase emails
- Format North American phone numbers as NNN-NNN-NNNN
- Convert dates to ISO format, using the date format you confirm
- Standardise Canadian provinces and territories
- Remove duplicates
- Blank and flag bad values, never guess them, and keep flagged rows
- Make cells that could run as spreadsheet formulas safe
Your extra columns pass through unchanged.

Questions
What file types do you accept?
CSV. If your data is in Excel, please save it as CSV (CSV UTF-8 is fine).
Do you guess missing or wrong values?
No. Bad values are blanked and flagged, and the row is kept so you can fix it.
What happens to duplicates?
They're removed from the cleaned file and delivered to you in a separate file.
My columns have different names. Is that OK?
Yes. Before we start, we confirm with you which of your columns hold names, emails, phones, dates and provinces, and which hold numbers. Other columns pass through unchanged.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. Never send passwords.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to help with the cleanup. A person reviews every delivery before it's sent.
